TD Bank Names Elaine Cruz Sales and Service Manager of Cottman Store in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (January 28, 2016) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Elaine S. Cruz to Sales and Service Manager of the Cottman store located at 2231 Cottman Ave. in Philadelphia. She is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the area.

Cruz has almost nine years of retail banking experience. She joined TD Bank in 2007 and most recently served as Senior Customer Sales and Service Representative.

A Philadelphia resident, Cruz is an active member of Philadelphia Bible Church International in her community. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Phoenix and also holds an advanced degree from San Sebastian College in her native Philippines.
