CEDARHURST, N.Y. (April 14, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Heather K. Simek to Assistant Vice President, Store Sales & Service Manager of the store located at 516 Central Ave. in Cedarhurst, N.Y. She is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout Five Towns in Nassau County.

Simek has more than seven years of retail banking experience. She joined TD Bank in 2006 as a Teller and later served as a Senior Customer Service Representative, Store Supervisor and, most recently, Assistant Store Manager in Cedarhurst. Simek is a member of the National Notary Association.

A resident of Franklin Square, N.Y., Simek sponsors the Village of Cedarhurst Summer Concert Series and teaches children about bank basics as part of TD Bank’s WOW!Zone banking tours for local schools. She is a 2010 graduate of Hofstra University and a 2006 graduate of Sacred Heart Academy in Hempstead, N.Y.
