TD Bank Names James Bozza Director of Credit Management in Commercial Real Estate, Based in New York City

NEW YORK, N.Y. (September 24, 2015) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted James M. Bozza to Senior Vice President, Director of Credit Management in Commercial Real Estate, based in New York City. He will serve as the bank’s Head of  Underwriting and Asset Management for Commercial Real Estate in the U.S..

Bozza has more than 25 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate. He joined TD Bank in 2013 and most recently served as Vice President, Team Credit Manager, where he managed the underwriting and asset management team for New York.

A Huntington, N.Y., resident, Bozza received an MBA from Hofstra University and an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.
