DEVON, Pa. (October 12, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted James R. Sturgis to Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager in Commercial Lending in Devon, Pa. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans serving clients throughout Delaware and Chester counties in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Sturgis has almost four years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2010 as a Credit Analyst after serving in a similar role at First National Bank of Chester County in West Chester, Pa.

A resident of West Chester, Pa., Sturgis is a 2007 graduate of Penn State University in University Park, Pa.
