LATHAM, N.Y. (December 22, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Jerome Mastrianni to Regional Vice President in Commercial Banking in Latham, N.Y. He is responsible for overseeing commercial banking and related products and services for TD Bank locations throughout the Upstate New York region.

Mastrianni has more than 25 years of banking experience. He joined TD Bank in 1999 and most recently served as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking in Latham. He also has worked in lending positions at Key Bank and Chemical Bank, both in Albany, N.Y. Mastrianni is a member of the Albany Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce.

A Guilderland resident, Mastrianni serves on the board of Catholic Charities Disabled Services. He is a 1984 cum laude graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y.
