He is responsible for overseeing TD Bank’s team of Small Business Relationship Managers and Store Managers providing a range of lending services to clients throughout the Southern Market in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Florida.
Ashkar has 16 years of lending experience. He joined TD Bank in 2002 as a Consumer Lender in serving the New York City market and most recently served as Senior Consumer Lender serving the Metro DC region.

An Ashburn, Va., resident, Ashkar is a 1994 graduate of Hofstra University in Uniondale, N.Y. He is originally from Connecticut, where he graduated in 1990 from Immaculate High School in Danbury, Conn.
