MANCHESTER, N.H. (June 1, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named John M. Mercier a Regional Middle Market Lending Group Manager in Commercial Banking. Based in Manchester, N.H., he will manage a team of Middle Market Lenders within the Northern New England and Upstate N.Y. Region.
Mercier joined TD Bank in 2002 and has 25 years of experience in lending, finance and banking. He most recently served at TD Bank as the New England Team Leader in the Corporate Banking Group.

A Manchester, N.H., resident, Mercier is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Southern NH Health System in Nashua, and the Past Chairman of the Manchester (N.H.) Airport Authority. He is a 1985 graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Mass., and a 1981 graduate of Central High School in Manchester.
