TD Bank Names Karen Floyd Vice President – Credit Specialist in Commercial Credit in Vienna, Va.

VIENNA, Va. (January 4, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Karen Y. Floyd as Vice President – Credit Specialist in Commercial Credit in Vienna, Va. She is responsible for performing complex credit analyses and for developing junior credit analysts.
Ms. Floyd has six years of banking experience. Prior to joining www.tdbank.com, she served as an AVP- Credit Analyst at SunTrust Bank in Durham, N.C., and a Senior Credit Analyst at Sovereign Bank in Worcester, Mass., and at Wells Fargo Bank in Irvine, Calif., where she completed an eight-month credit training program. Ms. Floyd is a member of the National Black MBA Association.

A Vienna, Va., resident, Ms. Floyd is a 1992 graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles and a 1987 graduate of Columbia College in New York City. She is a native of Philadelphia, where she graduated in 1983 from the Philadelphia High School for Girls.
