TD Bank Names Karen Floyd Vice President – Credit Specialist in Commercial Credit in Vienna, Va.

VIENNA, Va. (January 4, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Karen Y. Floyd as Vice President – Credit Specialist in Commercial Credit in Vienna, Va. She is responsible for performing complex credit analyses and for developing junior credit analysts.
Karen Y. Floyd, Vice President – Credit Specialist in Commercial Credit at TD Bank in Vienna, Va. Ms. Floyd has six years of banking experience. Prior to joining www.tdbank.com, she served as an AVP- Credit Analyst at SunTrust Bank in Durham, N.C., and a Senior Credit Analyst at Sovereign Bank in Worcester, Mass., and at Wells Fargo Bank in Irvine, Calif., where she completed an eight-month credit training program. Ms. Floyd is a member of the National Black MBA Association.

A Vienna, Va., resident, Ms. Floyd is a 1992 graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles and a 1987 graduate of Columbia College in New York City. She is a native of Philadelphia, where she graduated in 1983 from the Philadelphia High School for Girls.
