TD Bank Names Laura Foye Regional Vice President in Commercial Lending in Portland, Maine

PORTLAND, Maine (August 23, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Laura C. Foye to Regional Vice President in Commercial Lending in Portland, Maine. She is responsible for managing a team of lenders who provide commercial lending and deposit services to customers throughout Cumberland and York counties in Southern Maine.

Foye has more than 25 years of experience in banking and lending. She joined TD Bank in 2000, and most recently served as a Team Leader and Senior Loan Officer. Prior to joining TD Bank, Foye served in Commercial Lending roles at Key Bank and Casco Northern Bank.

A Cape Elizabeth, Maine, resident, Foye serves as board Chair for both the University of Southern Maine Board of Visitors and CEI Capital Management, and on the board of Coastal Enterprises Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine in Portland. Foye is a native of South Portland, Maine, and graduated from South Portland High School.
