KING OF PRUSSIA, Penn. (September 17, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Laura J. Serina to Vice President in Commercial Lending in King of Prussia, Penn. She is responsible for providing portfolio management, focused on retaining and growing existing and new clients throughout the Montgomery County region in Pennsylvania.
Serina joined TD Bank in 2002 and has 16 years of experience in banking and lending. She previously has served at TD Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst and Small Business Lender.

A resident of Schwenksville, Penn., Serina is a 1994 graduate of Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Penn. She is a native of Lansford, Penn., where she graduated from Panther Valley High School in 1990.
