TD Bank Names Mark Santasieri Senior Vice President/Team Leader in Commercial Real Estate for Northern New Jersey

RAMSEY, N.J. (July 30, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Mark Santasieri a Team Leader in Commercial Real Estate in Ramsey, N.J. A Senior Vice President, he is responsible for managing a real estate lending team focused on the origination of new business to major real estate developers headquartered in northern and central New Jersey.

Santasieri has 26 years of experience in banking, real estate and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a CFO at a commercial real estate development company specializing in industrial properties. Santasieri is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

A Bloomfield, N.J., resident, Santasieri volunteers as a basketball and softball coach in his community. He received an MBA in 1991 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an undergraduate degree in 1984 from Rutgers University. Santasieri is a native of Belleville, N.J., and graduated from Essex Catholic High School in Newark, N.J., in 1980
