TD Bank Names Neil McHugh District Sales Manager for Treasury Management Services in Mid-South Region

VIENNA, Va. (September 25, 2012) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Neil D. McHugh to District Sales Manager for Treasury Management Services in Vienna, Va. He will continue to be responsible for driving the growth of the bank’s commercial card solution – the TD Commercial Plus Card – and also manage the Treasury Management Services sales team in the Mid-South Region, including the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware.

McHugh has 10 years of experience in banking and Treasury Management. He joined TD Bank in 2002 and served as a Treasury Management Sales Officer in Metro DC before his most recent position as Commercial Card Sales Manager.

McHugh is a member of the Greater Washington Association of Financial Professionals (GWAFP) and the National Association of Purchasing Card Professionals (NAPCP).  He has presented at national payment forums, contributed content to industry publications and holds designation as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP).

A Rockville, Md., resident, McHugh is a 2002 graduate of Villanova University in Villanova, Pa., and a 1998 graduate of Ridley (Pa.) High School.
