NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. (July 6, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Rich Powers as Vice President – Commercial Relationship Manager in Commercial Lending for Pasco County. Based in New Port Richey, Fla., he is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of commercial loans as well as administrative lending matters, credit administration and risk management, serving clients throughout Pasco County.

Powers has 27 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Community Bank President at HomeBanc, N.A., and Corporate Banking Team Leader at Fifth Third Bank, both in Sarasota, Fla.

A resident of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., Powers is a 1983 graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
