TD Bank Names Rodney Scott to Commercial Lending Post in Springfield, Mass.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (September 23, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Rodney C. Scott a Vice President in Commercial Lending in Springfield, Mass. He is responsible for providing portfolio management, focused on retaining and growing existing and new clients throughout the Western Massachusetts.
Mr. Scott has 35 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he worked as a Senior Vice President at Sovereign Bank in Springfield. Mr. Scott holds distinction as a Certified Public Accountant (CIA). He serves as past Chairman of the Legislative Steering Committee of the Affiliated Chamber of Commerce of Greater Springfield.

An East Longmeadow, Mass., resident, Mr. Scott serves on the Board of the Martin Luther King Jr. Charter School for Excellence. He received an MBA (1978) and an undergraduate degree (1976) from Western New England College. Mr. Scott is a native of Springfield, graduating from Technical High School in 1974.
