NUTLEY, N.J. (January 11, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Russell A. Heltzer a Small Business Relationship Manager in Nutley, N.J. He is responsible for overseeing small business lending and business development at the 12 TD Bank stores in Union and Essex counties in New Jersey.
 Heltzer has six years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served at Chase as a Business Banker in Upper Montclair, N.J.
A resident of Wayne, N.J., Heltzer is a 1995 graduate of SUNY – Oneonta. He is a Pomona, N.Y. native, where he graduated from Ramapo Senior High School in 1991.
