TD Bank Names Sanghamitra Dutt Payment Systems Credit Risk Manager in Boston

BOSTON (September 29, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Sanghamitra Dutt the Payment Systems Credit Risk Manager in Boston. A Vice President, she is responsible for helping identify credit risks and ways to mitigate risk within TD Bank’s payment systems, such as ACH, wire, debit card, check, credit card, online and mobile.
Dutt has more than 20 years of experience in risk management and banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as Managing Director at Ishan Advisors, LLC, a Watertown, Mass., strategic consulting firm that she co-founded. Dutt also worked for many years in management positions at the former FleetBoston Financial, Inc., in Boston.

A Watertown, Mass., resident, Dutt received her MBA in 1981 from George Washington University, and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, both in Washington, D.C. She is a native of Chevy Chase, Md., where she graduated from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.
