BURLINGTON, Mass. (February 14, 2013) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Sohail Cheema to Senior Vice President, Head of Liquidity & Investments in Business Banking in Burlington, Mass. He will continue to be responsible for managing commercial deposit, liquidity and investment products and providing value added solutions for the community, middle market, corporate and specialty banking customer segments.

Cheema joined TD Bank in 2008 and has 15 years of banking experience, specializing in liquidity and investment products. He most recently served as Vice President at TD Bank. Before that, Cheema served as Product Management Director at Fidelity Investments in Boston and a Product Manager at ABN AMRO Bank in Chicago. Early in his career, he served in various positions at global banks in various international locations

An Ashland, Mass., resident, Cheema is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) and the American Bankers Association (ABA). He received an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois and also holds an advanced degree in marketing from the IBA, University of Karachi.
