TD Bank Names Steven Fessenden Credit Manager in Commercial Real Estate in Boston

BOSTON (July 19, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Steven W. Fessenden to Credit Manager, Vice President in Commercial Real Estate in Boston. He is responsible for management of and underwriting on a portfolio of commercial real estate loans primarily serving business clients in the Boston area.

Fessenden has seven years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2005 as a Credit Analyst in Bedford, N.H., later worked as a Regional Credit Analyst in Manchester, N.H., and most recently served as a Portfolio Manager, Assistant Vice President, also in Manchester.

A Boston resident, Fessenden serves as Treasurer of the Granite State Ambassadors, a non-profit organization with 500 active volunteer members. He is a 2005 graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Fessenden is a native of Moultonboro, N.H., where he graduated from Moultonboro Academy in 2001.
