MANCHESTER, N.H. (January 6, 2010) - TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Steven C. Webb the Market President for New Hampshire, announced R. Scott Bacon, Regional President of TD Bank.

Based in Manchester, Webb will be responsible for the ongoing growth and expansion of all business lines, including commercial and consumer lending, cash management, government banking, and retail business for TD Bank in the Granite State.
Webb has 24 years of banking experience. He most recently served at TD Bank as an Executive Vice President for Commercial Banking. Webb is a member of Robert Morris Associates, a professional association of lending and credit risk professionals.

A Portsmouth, N.H. resident, Webb serves as Trustee and is the immediate Past Chairman of the Board of the Wentworth Douglass Hospital, and serves on the Board of Heritage United Way. He is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio.
