He is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout Montgomery County.

Genser has five years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Business Banking Officer at Chevy Chase Bank.

A Clarksburg resident, Genser is a 2003 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is originally from Hackettstown, N.J.
