He will continue to provide a range of lending and deposit services to the small business community throughout the southern Bergen and Passaic county region.  

A resident of Englewood, N.J., Mills has 15 years of banking experience. He joined TD Bank in 2004 and has served as a Store Manager in Paterson, N.J., before his most recent position as Small Business Relationship Manager.
