TD Bank Promotes Michael Zulawski in Community Lending in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (March 11, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Michael D. Zulawski to Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer III in Community Lending in Philadelphia. He will continue to be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining commercial lending relationships with local not-for-profit and for-profit businesses with revenues between $10 and $100 million, located in Philadelphia and the surrounding Tri-State area.

Zulawski has 13 years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2009 as a Senior Credit Analyst and most recently served as Commercial Loan Officer II in Wilmington. Del.

A Philadelphia resident, Zulawski serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).  Other past civic duty and board positions held include the Metro Wilmington Boys and Girls Clubs and the Better Business Bureau of Delaware.  He holds a Master’s in Finance from Boston University and an undergraduate degree from Drew University in Madison, N.J.
