TD Bank Promotes Nicholas Weightman to Vice President in Commercial Lending for Cumberland County in Maine

PORTLAND, Maine (August 11, 2015) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Nicholas J. Weightman to Vice President in Commercial Lending, based in Portland, Maine. In his role as a Relationship Manager II, he will continue to provide a range of lending and deposit services to the small business community throughout Portland and the Lakes Region, including Westbrook, Gorham, Windham, Standish and Bridgton.

Weightman launched his banking career when he joined TD Bank in 2011 as a Commercial Credit Analyst, He later worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst II and most recently served as a Relationship Manager I. Weightman is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) and the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce.

A Portland resident, Weightman serves on the board of the Dream Factory of Maine. He also volunteers in his community as a soccer coach for the MPS Portland Phoenix.

Weightman is a native of Scotland who received a full athletic scholarship to the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, where he served as captain of the soccer team and graduated in 2011. He played professional soccer in Edinburgh, Scotland for three years prior to attending college.
