PISCATAWAY, N.J. (December 6, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Randall S. Wernes to Vice President, Senior Lender in Middle Market Lending in Piscataway, N.J. He will continue to be responsible for providing portfolio management, focused on retaining and growing existing and new middle market clients throughout Central New Jersey.

Wernes has 21 years of experience in banking, finance and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2010 as a Commercial Lender. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Partner with Osprey Financial Group, LLC, a boutique private capital advisory firm in West Milford, N.J., and as a Vice President with Mizuho Corporate Bank in New York City.

A resident of Westfield, N.J., Wernes received an MBA in Finance in 2000 from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management in Newark, N.J. and an undergraduate degree in 1989 from Roanoke College in Salem, Va.
