TD Banknorth Presents PROP with More Than $24,000

TD Banknorth recently donated more than $24,000 to the People’s Regional Opportunity Program (PROP). The funds represent a portion of the proceeds from the dissolution of the Maine Community Reinvestment Corporation, of which TD Banknorth was a founding member and major partner.

“We are extremely thankful to TD Banknorth for their generous gift,” said Grant Lee, executive director of PROP. “Not only does this money help us greatly financially, but it is also encouraging to know that TD Banknorth recognizes the work we do throughout Cumberland County to fight poverty and build stronger communities for our neighbors.”
