TD Wealth Names Mason Salit as Wealth Market Leader for NYC

NEW YORK – (February 13, 2013) – TD Wealth^® has appointed Mason C. Salit as Wealth Market Leader for New York City. TD Wealth provides clients with customized private banking and wealth management services in partnership with TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank^®.

In his role, Salit will lead the New York City team in delivering TD Wealth’s comprehensive wealth management offering through convenience and exceptional customer service. He will help clients achieve their unique financial goals, leveraging the resources of TD Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.

Salit has been in the financial services industry for more than 22 years and brings substantial experience in both the private banking sector and the New York City market. He most recently served as the Head of International Private Banking at HSBC Private Bank in New York. Before that, Salit spent 17 years at Citigroup serving in a number of wealth management roles.  

A Woodbury, N.Y., resident, Salit received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1990 and an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1986.
