VIENNA, Va. (April 25, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Terry L. Smith a Sr. Leasing Officer - Federal at TD Equipment Finance in Vienna, Va. His responsibilities include generating U.S. government financing arrangements working through various prime contractors and manufacturers. .

Smith, who will be based in an office in Bowie, Md., has more than 40 years of experience in equipment finance, sales, business development and management. Prior to joining TD Equipment Finance, he managed the federal leasing group at Key Government Finance, Inc. in Superior, Colo.

A resident of Annapolis, Md., Smith is a 1967 graduate of Roanoke College in Salem, Va.
