BUDD LAKE, N.J. (March 28, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Thomas Blackburne as Vice President – Business Development Officer in the SBA Division in Budd Lake, N.J. He is responsible for expanding TD Bank’s SBA loan production, including SBA mortgages and business acquisition loans, for small businesses throughout New Jersey.
Blackburne has 32 years of banking and lending experience, including a deep knowledge of the intricate SBA loan process. Prior to joining TD Bank, he spent 17 years as a business development officer in the SBA department at CIT Small Business Lending Corp., serving the needs of small business borrowers throughout New Jersey and the New York Metro area.

A Budd Lake, N.J., resident, Blackburne is a 1974 graduate of Manhattan College in the Bronx, N.Y., and a 1970 graduate of Saint Mary’s High School in Manhasset, N.Y.
