William Brandt, Jr. Joins TD Bank as Senior Loan Officer in Commercial Real Estate Lending for DC Metro Region

VIENNA, Va. (September 27, 2013) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named William M. Brandt, Jr. as Vice President, Senior Loan Officer in Commercial Real Estate Lending in Vienna, Va. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client relationships and for providing loan origination for property types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, self-storage and hotel throughout the DC Metro and Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Brandt has more than 20 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served in a similar role at GE Capital Real Estate in Washington, D.C. and SunTrust Bank in Vienna. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA).

An Oakton, Va., resident, Mr. Brandt has been a volunteer coach with Vienna Youth Soccer for a number of years. He received an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Virginia.
