The Martin's Point Brunswick Health Care Center, on the corner of Farley and Bath Roads in Brunswick, will hold a community Open House and Women’s Health Educational Presentation on Saturday, April 30.

Free and open to the public, the event will feature an open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with tours, refreshments, blood pressure screenings, health education displays and The Heart of a Healthy Woman educational presentation with Dawn DeCotiis, a Family Nurse Practitioner at Martin’s Point.

On hand to keep children entertained while parents are learning will be Marty Moose, the official mascot for Martin’s Point. Marty will have a craft table for kids’ creativity and will also encourage children to participate in the “Marty Moose Fitness Challenge,” which promotes the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle for kids. Marty will have participation prizes for all the children.

All those in attendance have the opportunity to enter into a drawing to win $250 worth of “A Gift of Bath” gift certificates good for more than 70 Bath businesses. The event is open to the public. No RSVP is required.
