Michele Dragonetti Joins TD Bank as Executive Director in Corporate Banking in New York City

NEW YORK CITY (April 10, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Michele Dragonetti as Executive Director in Corporate Banking in New York City. She will be part of a team that manages the bank’s corporate lending activities, including originating large loans and credit lines to customers typically national in scope, credit decisioning and portfolio management.

Dragonetti has 19 years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a Senior Analyst at Apidos Capital Management and a Vice President at Credit Suisse, both in New York City.

Dragonetti received an MBA in 1999 from the New York University, Stern School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in 1992 from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
