Amar Matta Named Store Manager at TD Bank in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 29, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Amar Matta the Store Manager in the 14th & F store located at 605 14th St., NW in Washington, D.C. An assistant vice president, he is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the Washington Metro area.

Matta has 16 years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as an Assistant Vice President at Capital One Bank in Silver Spring, Md. Matta is a member of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce in Silver Spring.

A Silver Spring resident, Matta is a 2001 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park and a 1995 graduate of Paint Branch High School in Burtonsville, Md.
