FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (September 23, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Diane M. Seely to Vice President in Cash Management in Framingham, Mass. She will continue to provide cash management solutions for new and existing business customers throughout the Metrowest, South Shore and Cape Cod regions.

Seely joined TD Bank in 1985 and has 33 years of banking experience. She previously served at TD Bank as an Assistant Vice President. Seely is a member of Lion’s Club International.

A resident of Uxbridge, Mass., Seely volunteers with the March of Dimes. She is a 1996 graduate of Worcester State College.
