Gillins as Assistant Vice President, Store Manager of the Market Street store located at 21 Market St. in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout Dutchess County.

Gillins has 18 years of banking experience, with expertise in economics and finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase in Dutchess County. 

A resident of Wappinger Falls, N.Y., Gillins is an active volunteer in the Town of Beacon and Town of Fishkill youth programs.
