Jay Baldwin Joins TD Bank as Vice President in Commercial Lending in Baltimore and Anne Arundel County

CALVERTON, Md. (June 1, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Jay Baldwin as Vice President in Commercial Lending in Calverton, Md. He is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans serving customers the Anne Arundel County and Baltimore area.

Baldwin has 26 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Senior Vice President and Market Leader for CommerceFirst Bank in Annapolis, Md., and a Vice President with M&T Bank in Annapolis and Baltimore, where he focused on commercial lending, equipment leasing and retail branch management.

A resident of Crofton, Md., Baldwin serves as Treasurer of the Ft. Meade Alliance Foundation, Central Maryland Regional Trust and Maryland Therapeutic Riding. He is a 1985 graduate of Towson State University.
