Jeannine Holloway Joins TD Bank as SVP, Head of U.S. Central Compliance in New York, N.Y.

NEW YORK, N.Y. (February 18, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Jeannine C. Holloway as Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Central Compliance in New York, N.Y. In this newly created role, she is responsible for developing and managing global compliance programs focusing on employee controls, including registrations, control room, conflicts management, personal account dealing and outside business interests.

Holloway has 15 years of experience managing central compliance functions. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as Executive Director, Head of Americas Control Room at JP Morgan Chase in New York, N.Y. Before that, Holloway held progressively more senior roles at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers.

A resident of Middletown, N.J., Holloway is a 1993 graduate of Trinity College in Washington, D.C. She grew up in Monmouth County, graduating from Mater Dei High School in New Monmouth.
