Jim Bozza Joins TD Bank as Team Credit Manager in Commercial Real Estate Division in New York City

NEW YORK, N.Y. (January 22, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Jim Bozza as Team Credit Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Division in New York, N.Y. He is responsible for managing the bank’s New York City credit management team that provides loan underwriting and portfolio management services to clients across the region. Mr. Bozza reports to Luther Peacock, who is the Market Credit Manager for the division. 

Mr. Bozza has 23 years of experience in banking and credit/risk management. Prior to joining TD Bank, he spent 14 years at Citi, where he managed loan underwriting for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region with Citi Community Capital, focused on community development lending.

A resident of Long Island, N.Y., Mr. Bozza is an MBA graduate of Hofstra University.
