BENSALEM, Pa. (January 30, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Joseph P. McNally to Commercial Loan Officer III in Commercial Lending in Bensalem, Pa. A vice president, he is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans as well as administrative lending matters, credit administration and risk management, serving clients throughout Bucks County and northeast Philadelphia.

McNally has 11 years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2000 as a Commercial Credit Analyst in Bucks County, and most recently served as a Commercial Loan Officer II. McNally is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA), Philadelphia Chapter.

A Cinnaminson, N.J., resident, McNally is a 1999 graduate of Temple University and a 1993 graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School in Philadelphia.
