Major Expansion Set for Centervale Farm on Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine

16,000 square feet of Class A medical and professional office space to be added to landmark property

SCARBOROUGH, Maine (March 26, 2013) – The RAM Companies will expand its 25,000-square-foot property at 200 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough, Howard A. Goldenfarb, President of the Scarborough, Maine-based  company, announced today.

Centervale Farm, Scarborough’s premier business address, will add a new 16,000-square-foot Class A medical and professional office building to the property, creating a one-of-a-kind campus atmosphere. RAM has received approval by both local and state authorities for the expansion.

Set to be three stories tall, the expansion building will be marketed toward medical office users as well as traditional professional office users.
