Nathan Perlmutter Joins TD Bank as Commercial Lender in Commercial Real Estate for South Florida

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (December 1, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Nathan Perlmutter as Vice President, Commercial Lender in Commercial Real Estate, based in Coral Gables, Fla. He is responsible for managing new and existing real estate developer relationships and financing large commercial real estate projects across South Florida.

Perlmutter has nine years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Syndicated Portfolio Manager at Mercantil Commercebank and Portfolio Management Officer at Bank of America, both in Coral Gables.

A resident of Pembroke Pines, Fla., Perlmutter received a Masters in Finance in 2009 from Florida International University.
