Peoples to Move Commercial Loan Department in Presque Isle

New site at 680 Main St. is former home of U.S. Cellular

PRESQUE ISLE - Peoples Heritage Bank is relocating its Commercial Loan Services Department from the branch office at 551 Main St. in Presque Isle to 680 Main St., the former site of U.S. Cellular. The department, set to move over the President's Day weekend, will open at the new location Tuesday, Feb. 19.

Bank employees who will be based at the new site are Michael J. Kelley, executive vice president; Athill Hebert, senior vice president; Susan Brown, vice president; and Debbie Cousins and Lisa Legassie, commercial loan administrators. Significant growth in commercial loans at Peoples during the past year prompted the move, Kelley said. "This move is the next step in expanding customer service by consolidating department personnel in a larger office space, convenient for commercial loan customers," he added.
