PHILADELPHIA (December 21, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Philip S. Winn as Vice President, Business Development Officer in the SBA Division in Philadelphia. He is responsible for expanding TD Bank’s SBA loan production, including SBA real estate mortgages and business acquisition loans, in Metro Philadelphia and across the TD Bank footprint from Maine to Florida.

Winn has almost 10 years of experience in SBA lending, focused on originating, underwriting and closing SBA loans. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Vice President, Business Development Officer in the SBA Division at 1st National Bank of Arizona in Denver. Winn is an active member of SCORE, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and various other chamber organizations throughout the area.

A Newtown, Pa., resident, Winn is a 2001 graduate of the University of Vermont in Burlington.
