Rand Ardell Joins Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson as Director of Marketing

PORTLAND, Maine – Rand Ardell has been named the Marketing Director at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson. He will be responsible for business development, client services and other marketing activities at one of Northern New England’s largest law firms.

“Rand’s background and skills in legal marketing and client services are a perfect fit for our firm at this time of tremendous growth,” said attorney Charles E. Miller, the firm’s managing shareholder.

Ardell previously served as Director of Client Services at McCabe, Duval & Associates in Portland, where he managed marketing campaigns for a diverse mix of clients. He also has served as Director of Operations at MacLaren McCann Interactive, a division of Canada’s largest advertising agency. Also in Toronto, Ardell worked as the network applications analyst at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where he developed and implemented new software systems at Canada’s largest law firm.

Ardell is a member of the Legal Marketing Association, the Lex Mundi Marketing Committee and the PM Forum. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1992 from McGill University in Montreal.
