Regina Nappi Joins Legal Department at Banknorth Group

Regina Nappi has joined the Legal Department at Banknorth Group, Inc., in Portland. In her role as a staff attorney, she will provide advice and counsel to the corporation on a wide variety of legal issues, and will act as liaison with outside counsel.

Nappi has 15 years of management and legal experience in the public and private sector and most recently served as corporate counsel for Rosenthal Companies, a family-owned real estate development group in Brunswick. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

A resident of Windham, Nappi is a 1978 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, and in 1982 received her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law in Portland.
