Rick Capozzi Joins TD Wealth as Head of National Sales

TD Wealth provides clients with customized private banking and wealth management services

NEW YORK (May 10, 2013) TD Wealth® has appointed Rick Capozzi as Senior Vice President and Head of National Sales. TD Wealth provides clients with customized private banking and wealth management services in partnership with TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®.

Based in New York, Capozzi will report to Brandon Williams, Head of U.S. Wealth for TD. In his role, Capozzi will focus on sales and marketing, business development, and training to lead and deliver a comprehensive wealth offering.

The addition of Capozzi is part of TD Wealth’s expansion strategy for the U.S. business, providing private banking and wealth management services to a growing pool of clients throughout TD Bank’s footprint.

Capozzi has more than 29 years in the financial services industry with extensive experience in global wealth management and strategic planning. Prior to joining TD, Capozzi served as a Managing Director and National Sales Manager at Morgan Stanley, and as a Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development at Merrill Lynch.

Capozzi is a resident of Franklin Lakes, N.J.
