WATERVILLE, Maine (November 16, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Seth J. Sherwood to Small Business Relationship Manager in Waterville, Maine. An assistant vice president, he is responsible for generating small business loans up to $500,000 and cultivating small business relationships, including business loans, commercial loans and real estate, serving customers in a region that includes Waterville, Augusta, Oakland, Fairfield and Farmington.

Sherwood has almost 13 years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2000 and most recently served as a Commercial Portfolio Loan Officer.

An Augusta resident, Sherwood is the Past President of the Waterville Rotary Club. He is a 1998 graduate of the University of Southern Maine in Portland, and a 1993 graduate of Cony High School in Augusta.
