WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (August 26, 2013) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Spencer W. Davis as Vice President in Commercial Banking in West Palm Beach, Fla. He is responsible for providing commercial real estate investment financing, conventional commercial financing, corporate treasury services, foreign trade, SBA lending, equipment financing and merchant services for commercial and industrial companies in Palm Beach County.

Davis has 15 years of experience in banking and commercial finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served in commercial and small business lending at JPMorgan Chase and SunTrust and Bank of America. Davis is a member of the Business Development Board, North Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and Economic Council of Martin County.

A resident of Stuart, Fla., Davis volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin counties and also coaches youth basketball for the Martin County Parks & Recreation and the City of Riviera Beach Parks and Recreation. He is a 1992 graduate of Georgia Southern University.
