TD Bank Names Dawn Mugford SVP in Retail Credit Risk Management in South Portland

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (February 12, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Dawn A. Mugford to Senior Vice President, Retail Credit Risk Portfolio Manager in South Portland, Maine. She is responsible for leading and managing a team of Portfolio Risk Specialists and Analysts who provide in-depth analysis to evaluate risk and performance of retail banking portfolios.

Mugford has more than 25 years of banking experience. She joined TD in 1988 in Toronto, Canada. In her tenure, she has served as a credit analyst and later as a Senior Auditor, Finance Manager and Senior Credit Risk Manager before re-locating to Maine in 2011. Mugford most recently served as a Vice President, Retail Credit Risk.

A resident of Scarborough, Maine, Mugford volunteers with a number of organizations including; the Maine Cancer Foundation, Tri for a Cure, Tri-Maine and the Project Dominica Mission. She is a 1993 graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
