TD Bank Names Kenneth Countermine Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking for Capital Region

LATHAM, N.Y. (September 28, 2012) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Kenneth R. Countermine to Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking in Latham, N.Y. A Vice President, he is responsible for expanding market share and managing the commercial team serving business client across the Capital Region.

Countermine has more than 15 years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2003 as a Credit Analyst and most recently served as a Relationship Manager.

A Glenville, N.Y., resident, Countermine volunteers on the board of Junior Achievement of Northeastern New York and is a former board member of the Schenectady County Chamber of Commerce. He received an MBA in 2002 from the University of Albany and an undergraduate degree in 1995 from Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y. Countermine is a native of Schenectady, N.Y., graduating from Mont Pleasant High School in 1991.
