TD Bank Names Michael Zulawski Vice President in Community Lending in Wilmington, Del.

WILMINGTON, Del. (December 17, 2012) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Michael D. Zulawski to Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer II in Community Lending in Wilmington, Del. He is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining commercial lending relationships with local businesses, focused on health care, manufacturing, service, logistics and storage industries across Delaware.

Zulawski has eight years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank in 2009 as a Senior Credit Analyst and most recently served as an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer I. Zulawski is a member of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware Medical Group Management Association, and serves on the Board of the Delaware Better Business Bureau.

A Philadelphia resident, Zulawski serves on the Board of Directors of the Metro Wilmington Boys and Girls Clubs. He received a Master’s from Boston University in 2012 and an undergraduate degree in 2005 from Drew University in Madison, N.J.
